Jupiter in Libra

Jupiter in Libra expands the sign's instinct toward equilibrium, and the Four of Swords, Lord of Rest from Strife, is recovery formalised: a knight lying in effigy in a chapel, three swords on the wall and one beneath him. This is not defeat, it is convalescence, and Jupiter makes the rest generous rather than grudging. The decan reads for deliberate withdrawal after conflict, and the stained-glass window above the figure is the reminder that the rest has a purpose.

Using this decan for timing

As a timing marker this decan is a defined convalescence. The Four of Swords answering 'when' points at a period of deliberate inactivity with an end - Jupiter makes it generous, and the card's whole argument is that the rest is finite and should be taken fully.

Where it sits in Libra

Libra spans thirty degrees and divides into three decans, each with its own ruler and its own card from the Suit of Swords. This one is the closing ten degrees.
