Common things

Cancel a subscription — you don't need us. Sign in, open your profile, choose Manage subscription. See Refunds & Cancellation.
Refund request — email from the address on the account and mention the date of the charge.
Stop the daily email — use the unsubscribe link in any message, or switch it off in your profile.
Delete your data — ask, and we will action it. See the Privacy Policy.
A correction to a card page — genuinely welcome; tell us which card and what is wrong.

We aim to reply within two business days. Billing and refund requests get looked at first.
