Refunds & Cancellation

Short version: cancel whenever you want, in two clicks, and if the first week disappoints you we will refund it.

Cancelling

Sign in, open your profile and choose Manage subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for — you keep full access until then, and you are not billed again. No email, no phone call, no retention interview.

The 7-day guarantee

If you are not happy within 7 days of your first payment, email us and we will refund it in full. You do not have to justify it.

After the first 7 days

• Monthly plans — we do not refund part-months. Cancel and you keep access to the end of the period.
• Annual plans — if you cancel mid-term, ask us: we will normally refund the unused whole months.
• Billed by mistake — for example a renewal you meant to cancel, or a duplicate charge — tell us and we will put it right.

How to ask

Email readings@cardsandstars.org from the address on the account. Refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe, usually within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

Your statutory rights

Nothing here reduces the rights you have under consumer law in the United States.
