The Moon in Aquarius brings feeling to the most detached sign, and the Seven of Swords, Lord of Unstable Effort, is the card of the partial solution: a figure carrying five swords away from a camp while two remain stuck in the ground behind him. He is looking back. The lunar influence makes the act furtive rather than strategic, and the two abandoned swords are the decan's whole argument - this is a plan that will need to be finished later, by someone.
